Preparing the Surface |
You should observe that the surface of polystyrene sheet is clean and dry. |

Instruction for Preparing and Application |
(25 kg) powder material is poured into 5,0-5,5 kg (it may vary depending on air temperature) of clean and cool mixing water and with a low-speed and suitable mixer, a smooth homogeneous mixture is obtained in 3-4 minutes and kept waiting for 5-10 minutes. Maturing material is mixed again and becomes ready for use. Water shouldn’t be added to powder material. Application is recommended to be made in temperatures of +5 and +35 ºC.
Prepared material is plastered on the polystyrene sheet surface with steel trowel. While the mortar is wet, plaster mesh is covered on the surface and CVC PP Plaster mortar is plastered and adjusted in a way that forms a 2 mm thickness. After the first layer of plaster application, it should be waited for at least one day. After the second layer of plaster is applied, it should be sponged when the plaster mortar is nearly dry. The marks on the surface are cleaned and become suitable for plastering. After taking away the surface cure, any flashing system with a desired color and appearance can be applied.
